ADP Security Systems Ltd has welcomed a new member to their management team. Sandra Eastlake, 50,joins the company as security services manager to lead business development in new and existing markets.
Sandra brings 21 years of experience of client services and consultancy in the security industry, having worked for Norbain SD Ltd, VCL/Honeywell, Asset Security and Protection Ltd, The Lone Working Group, Security Consultant Services (UK) Ltd and, most recently, Absolute Security Systems Ltd.
One of Sandra’s first tasks will be to correct a misperception that she feels is held that ADP only provides manned guarding and vehicle patrols. “Guarding is important but we also offer clients a complete security solution that includes everything from CCTV and alarm installation to remote 24 hour monitoring of premises. I’d really like to make clients aware of the range of services on offer.”
New workshops to be held
A new programme of workshops will also be established, to provide information to businesses about CCTV and the Data Protection Act. The first will be held on Tuesday, 14th October at ADP’s premises in Petersfield. Full details are available by calling 01730 261510 or email [email protected].
During the recession, business management took priority and there was a restriction on PR. Sandra will be working closely with Hampshire-based consultant, Keren Burney of Compege on a range of marketing communications activities, including customer experience management using the Net Promoter® System (NPS). ADP’s NPS has been in place since 2010 to improve communications with clients, 60% of whom would be highly likely to recommend the business to others.
